TAC Practice Session

We just held the first TAC practice session at Azai Fureai Ground the other day.

Even though it was cold enough outside that some snow flurries could be seen, everyone was excited to be able to use the lit up tartan track. 

Everyone followed the custom plan that Coach Kawamura prepared for them and enjoyed training at their own pace.

Being a beginner, I was encouraged by the other members who were training so earnestly.  I had a great time learning from Coach Kawamura about hip movement, foot placement, and spine flexibility in regards to running and walking. 

Our next practice session will be on

 

February 18th (Thursday) @ 19:30-20:30.

Attendance Fee: 500 yen for Adults, 300 yen for children 15 years old or younger.

       *No attendance fee for children under 12 years of age.

       *The practice session may be cancelled due to poor weather.
