The other day Coach Kawamura recommended a book. It was Karada wa, Watashi wo Utsusu Mazakai dearu written by Harunori Kono. Lately the buzzword between myself and Coach Kawamura has been Ma . (meaning space in time, interval or distance.) From last year I attended a seminar held by Professor Takahashi of Biwako Seikei University and read works written by him as well. As I was experiencing personally the peculiarities of movement when I found this book and was instantly excited to see what it had to say. This book talks about ‘The relation of caution and movement’ ‘Actual feeling’ ‘Making use of the five senses’ ‘Words and the body’ ‘Space’ and so on. There are many things the book explains that can be used in our daily lives so I highly recommend you read it!
